The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Body Care Items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items or just ask!


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Online Inventory

Products are inventoried and HOPEFULLY accurate! The quantities and items that you see on the website is what is available for purchase... however, we are humans and sometimes we can make please have patience if that is the case. We will notify you as quickly as possible if there is something out of stock in your order. 



All products are made in a kitchen facility and cross contamination is possible. If you have allergies such as nuts, pollen's etc please take this into consideration!
